Is your online store secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses Shopify e-commerce solution, which is Level 1 PCI compliant and the shopping cart also includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 128-bit encryption technology (the same level of encryption used by large banks) to keep information secure. Payment gateway is powered by Stripe, with PayPal as a secondary payment option.

What is the cancellation policy for the gift set I have ordered?
Cancellations of orders or any changes should be made at least 48 hours prior to the proposed delivery date. To cancel an order, you can simply contact us and provide your order number. Once your request has been received, an email confirmation will be sent to you regarding the cancellation.

Can I return a gift set with damaged items?
We exercise our utmost diligence to ensure fresh and well-functioning products to be delivered to our customers. However accidents do happen and if any goods are damaged during delivery, simply contact us with a picture of the item within 24 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to have the item replaced.

Can I refund a gift set?
We do not offer refunds; however, we are happy to replace damaged items. For items with size mismatch, we will be happy to exchange the item if the label hasn’t been removed and the item hasn’t been used.

Can I order a customized gift set?
